Thankful on Paper {Week 2}

There is no such thing as gratitude unexpressed.
If it is unexpressed, it is plain, old-fashioned ingratitude.
~Robert Brault

This is Week 2 of Thankful on Paper --
a reminder to thank the people around us for all the ways they bless us.
Today, I'm saying, "thank you" to my Aunt Pam.

She's fabulous and funny.  She's known for bursting into song at any moment (because she knows a song to go with any situation.)  She let's my girls call her "Aunt Ham."  (Not sure exactly how that started, but she's a good sport about it.)

My aunt and uncle regularly let my sister and I tag along on trips, prompting people to say to Pam, "I thought you had all boys!?!"

I'm also incredibly grateful that she's such a strong person.  Because almost a year ago, Pam was diagnosed with cervical cancer.  And she's beat it...and continues to have good reports at each check up.

Thank you, Pam, for letting me be one of "your girls,"
and for the special role you play in the life of my family.

Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good;
his love endures forever.
Psalm 107:1
